Nordic & Co. started in 2019 with a single oven and a stubborn belief that sourdough takes the time it takes. No shortcuts, no commercial yeast, no compromises.
Today we bake everything fresh, on-site, every single morning. We use flour milled in Northern Ontario and recipes we've tested for years before they made the menu.
If it's on the shelf at 8 a.m., it came out of the oven before sunrise.
