The short version. This page covers using the website. If you hire JBrack Media, the written agreement we both sign is what governs the work, and it wins over anything on this page.
Who these terms are with
JBrack Media, owned and operated by John Bracking, at 196 Elmwood Ave, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, P6B 4W4, Canada. Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site describes our services and shows examples of our work. The pages labelled as demos or examples are illustrations built by us to show what is possible. The businesses shown in demo sites are fictional unless we name a real client.
Quotes, prices and enquiries
Prices shown on this site are our standard prices at the time of publication and may change. Sending an enquiry or receiving a quote does not create a contract. Work begins only once we have both agreed terms in writing and the agreed deposit is paid.
Client work
Any project we take on is governed by the separate written agreement between us and the client. That agreement covers scope, price, timelines, revisions, ownership and cancellation. Where it differs from this page, the signed agreement applies.
Our content
The text, design, code, images and branding on this site belong to JBrack Media unless credited otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own purposes. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it to build or sell a competing product or service.
Your content
When you send us material for a project, you confirm you have the right to use it and to let us use it for that project. We do not check the ownership of material clients send us.
Links to other sites
Where we link out to another website, we are not responsible for what is on it or what it does with your information.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. We may change or remove pages without notice.
Limits
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, JBrack Media is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing here removes rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law.
