Zero to live.
Brand, site, and business.
2 Brothers Lawn Care launched in Summer 2026 with no prior web presence, no brand, and no clients. We built everything from scratch and made them the only lawn care company in Sault Ste. Marie publishing real, transparent pricing.
A new business with no digital footprint.
William launched 2 Brothers Lawn Care in Summer 2026. It was a zero-debt startup built on existing equipment and a straightforward conviction: the local lawn care market was overdue for a transparency overhaul.
Before the site existed, there was nothing. No brand, no client acquisition channel, no pricing structure made public. Every competitor in Sault Ste. Marie operates on a quote-only model, forcing homeowners to call around, wait for callbacks, and compare prices they had to chase down. William wanted to flip that entirely.
Transparent pricing as a competitive weapon.
Rather than building a typical "call us for a quote" brochure site, we designed the entire site around a single insight: homeowners don't want to call around. They want to know the number before they pick up the phone.
We published full public pricing tiers, something no other lawn care company in the Soo does, and built a live JavaScript season calculator that shows every visitor exactly how many cuts are left in the season and what their full season cost would be, in real time, without any form to fill out.
A full business stack, not just a website.
The site handles brand identity, client acquisition, and the entire top-of-funnel, so the business could launch with zero manual overhead.
Multi-page website
Home, Services, Pricing, About, FAQ, and Contact, all designed as a cohesive system with a consistent green and white brand identity built from scratch.
Public pricing tiers
Full per-cut pricing published openly on the site. They are the only lawn care company in Sault Ste. Marie that does this. It removes friction and pre-qualifies every visitor before they contact.
Live season calculator
A custom JavaScript widget that reads the visitor's actual date, calculates the exact number of cuts remaining in the season, and displays the real dollar total for each pricing tier, live, with no form required.
Lead capture form
A structured contact form collecting name, address, email, and phone, feeding directly into a satellite-based quoting workflow. No on-site consultation required before sending a quote.
Before/after hero slider
An interactive drag comparison showing a real West End lawn before and after a cut. Built with vanilla JS, keyboard-accessible, and loaded with real client photography.
SEO & schema
LocalBusiness schema, canonical tags, Google Analytics, sitemap, robots.txt, and full Open Graph meta. Everything needed to show up in local search from day one.
The season calculator is a real technical differentiator.
Every other lawn care site in the market has one CTA: "Call us for a quote." That model works fine for the business, but it creates unnecessary friction for the homeowner, especially one who just wants to know if the price is in their budget before they commit to a conversation.
We solved that with a live JavaScript season calculator built directly into the Pricing page. It reads the visitor's system date, determines the current week in the lawn care season (May through October), and calculates the exact number of weekly Saturday cuts remaining. Multiply that by whichever pricing tier applies to their property, and the visitor sees their full season cost, in real dollars and in real time, without submitting anything.
On October 1st, the calculator automatically rolls over to the next full season and displays the projected cost for the upcoming year. No manual update, no stale pricing copy, no seasonal maintenance required.
The effect is a pricing page that functions like a quote tool. It pre-qualifies visitors, eliminates back-and-forth, and positions the business to collect full season payment upfront before the first blade of grass is cut.
